**About the role**:
Newly created, this role will execute the Metcash employer brand n the external market to attract the best talent to Metcash.

**What you’ll do**:
Use talent marketing and content strategies to amplify Metcash’s brand externally and communicate our employer value proposition

Build and manage employer brand strategies, create attraction campaigns and develop assets

Utilise the employer brand to support talent priorities

Create and deploy content for our employer brand channels, in partnership with stakeholders across People & Culture and the broader business

Own Metcash’s external employer brand platforms including LinkedIn, social media channels, Glassdoor

Manage the Metcash careers website and collaborate with others to ensure the best use of recruitment platforms such as Seek

Ensure all touch points across the talent acquisition process are in line with employer brand guidelines

Drive employee brand ambassador and advocacy programs

Skill leaders on external presence through channels such as LinkedIn

Promote Metcash’s employer brand internally, through appropriate channels

Understand the external talent market perception of Metcash’s brand, through channel effectiveness metrics

**What you’ll bring**:
Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition

Knowledge of the talent market in Australia and New Zealand with a point of view on how to stand out as an employer

The ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, including the ability to establish credibility with leaders

Project management experience relating to the delivery of employer branding

Degree qualification in marketing, human resources, communications or similar is highly desirable

**Experience in the following**:
Leading, developing and implementing employer brand/ talent marketing strategies

Content planning/production including video, photo, image and written.
