**APS 4 - Information Officer, Service Desk**:

The Library is seeking to fill a non-ongoing **Information Officer, Service Desk APS 4** role in the Technology Operations Section of the Digital Branch.
This is a non-ongoing role for up to 12 months with the possibility of becoming ongoing.
This is a great opportunity to provide your technical expertise to support the National Library’s service desk. As well as showcasing your ability to develop, manage and maintain a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships as well as collaborating with external networks.
Using your IT knowledge and advice, you will:
- Respond in a concise and timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Ensure that IT Security and Change Management Policies are followed.
- Keep abreast of new and emerging IT security issues and IT trends.
- Demonstrated experience in customer support
- Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting
