**About the role**:

- Work with the Tecside management team in creation and implementation of marketing, communications, and brand strategies to attract and engage a strong talent pool and client base
- Acting and liaising as the point of contact for internal and external company communications.
- Coordinate implementation of our diversity & inclusion recruiting strategy and practices
- Create and curate content including our employee stories and amplify our ambassadors
- Build a strong and diverse talent network / talent community on our platforms
- Assist with developing marketing and stationery collateral as needed
- Adhere to and execute our established brand visual, content guidelines and coordinate related assets
- Build engagement and brand awareness across all marketing and social media channels
- Identify new social media and content opportunities
- Track, monitor, and report on all marketing and social media activities for marketing optimisation and customer insights
- Any other reasonable duties as required
- Graphic design tasks (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva), photography and video editing
- Experience using Content Management Systems and related marketing apps
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement and activity tracking

**About You**:

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and new trends that emerge in the digital space who can drive our customer engagement
- Content development experience essential
- Understanding of marketing best practices essential
- Excellent project management, collaboration and networking skills essential
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar desirable
- Previous administration experience desirable
- Experience in social media marketing
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated digital literacy:

- Microsoft Office/365
- Databases/CRM systems
- Canva
- Adobe creative cloud
- Range of CMS, including WordPress
- Sound understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Be able to multi-task with great time-management skills
- Goal and results driven attitude
- Able to work autonomously/independently without supervision but also cohesively in a team
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
