The role
As aDigital Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will support the execution of client marketing and communications strategies.
This hands-on role will give you exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing, communications, and investor relations.
Working closely with senior team members, you will:
Develop, distribute and track EDM campaigns via platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
Create, schedule and optimise content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other platforms
Design digital and print assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights
Shape corporate documents in Word and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations
Manage website updates and improvements using platforms such as WordPress
Assist with video projects, from filming and set-up through to editing
About you
Ideally, you will have:
A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance/accounting, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related discipline
1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, media or a related role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with EDM platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
Strongdesign skills with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Absolute commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Other desirable, but non-essential attributes include:
Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Video editing and production skills
Experience in a client service or agency environment
Knowledge or interest in ASX-listed markets
Knowledge or interest in the minerals exploration, mining and energy industries
