Our client a multinational company is looking for Customer Service officers to join their team in North Ryde. This role you will support one of the company's largest portfolios, to ensure the needs of this critical customer base.

Our client a multinational company is looking for Customer Service officers to join their team in North Ryde. This role you will support one of the company's largest portfolios, to ensure the needs of this critical customer base.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Communicating with and responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
- Resolve customer enquiries
- Fulfil customer request by understanding their needs
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolving, recording and escalating customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with peers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of customer requirements.

- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Be a team player
