In this varied role, you will provide our advisers with a high level of administrative support in a supportive team environment. Your tasks will range from managing phone/written enquiries, setting up authorised representatives, database management, to resolving adviser issues and assisting with the processing of commission adjustments or corrections. Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, you will build on your existing administrative and customer service skills and be provided with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s Life Risk products, processes, and policies.

- Experience/knowledge of Life Insurance products will be highly beneficial
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
