**Position Overview**:
This role has been created to establish program delivery expertise this will be offered a s a 2 year fulltime fixed term role, which will encompass commercial and delivery capability as the SME within XDNA business portfolio of projects. This leadership role will be responsible for leading the development, standardisation and execution of the project delivery of the xDNA product lines.

This role will be an integral part of the technology delivery process, leading the delivery team of SME’s for the portfolio and being the client and internal point of reference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage major digital projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct training sessions with internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee governance for a range of portfolios and projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT consulting services, managed services, and SaaS platforms.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a program manager role, specifically in delivering IT consulting services, IT managed services, or SaaS platforms in a product context.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale digital projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Educational background including an MBA, Master's in Project Management, or similar, along with a Bachelor's degree.
