Please note this role can be based in either Melbourne CBD or North Ryde Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver HR services for a centralized team of stakeholders to deliver effective P&C services.
- Develop and implement P&C strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and support on all P&C matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Manage P&C projects and initiatives from inception to completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a senior generalist P&C manager, preferably within the engineering or consulting sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior managers.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective P&C strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
