We are simplifying beauty for the world. Making it possible for everyone to have beautiful nails. We are redefining how nails are done for 7 billion people, by making it possible to change your nails as quickly and easily as you change your clothes.

Founded in 2018, we've grown to a multi-million dollar operation bringing thousands of smiles to people's faces every day. We've grown a lot, but we are still tiny relative to the opportunity. We have a lot of work ahead and a big vision that we need the help of smart and ambitious people to accomplish.

We want people to be able to use their nails as a full expression of their true selves, to show the world who they really are.

As we are a small business, you will be exposed to many more parts of the business than you would at a larger business (this is a great opportunity for the right person).

The Role

Customer focused: Our customers are changing the way nails are done, and it is your job to exceed their expectations of what a cosmetics experience should be. You will be interested in building the next revolution in cosmetics for 7 billion people. We expect you to go above and beyond for our customers.

Your main focus will be telling the world about Lily and Fox by creating killer videos, photos, and other content. We are ready to scale our business to reach everyone on the planet and need your help telling the stories that will transform the beauty industry.

The ideal team member will have a keen interest in developing the look and feel of how we present ourselves to our customers and the world.

**This is a guerrilla marketing role.**

Think Werner Herzog meets Roger Deakins meets Dieter Rams. The ideal team member will have a passion for learning and are constantly broadening their skills. They will further their analytics skills, liaise with our marketing and product teams in the USA and Australia, and be constantly running small experiments to see what content performs well. Furthermore, the ideal team member will have the following:
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for Multimedia content creation. This includes:

- Pre-production: Storytelling / story-boarding / conceptualizing the story arc from beginning to end
- Production: Video and still photography - setup, shooting, ensuring good coverage, and fixing problems on the fly
- Post-production: Editing, colour grading, receiving notes and adjusting output
- Analysis: How did it perform? What can we iterate on? Working with the media buying team to ensure that we are rapidly iterating
- Assist in building a world class product photography/videography studio
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Ability to run simple errands as needed
- Perform other tasks as requested

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Motivated learner
- You have effective time management and organization skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Have experience using editing software (i.e. Adobe Premiere CC, Adobe After Effects CC)
- Have experience using equipment such as; dollies, Steadicam, LED lighting, etc.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making.
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a mechanical aptitude for how things are put togeth
