**What does the role involve?**

The role of a Content Creator at Komo Technologies will involve creating and executing a content strategy to drive the company's goals and objectives. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating a variety of digital content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts. They will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content supports the company's brand and aligns with the company's overall strategy. Additionally, the Content Creator will measure the success of their content and make data-driven decisions to improve its performance
- Experience ideally within the Tech/SaaS industry or similar
- An ability to translate our vision into compelling messaging and storytelling that helps our customers get excited about Komo
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to collaborate and engage with Customers and Stakeholders
- Good presentation skills, with excellent copywriting abilities across multiple channels, including organic and paid social, web, promotional material, Google Search, etc.
- Experience using Design Software (Figma, Canva, Photoshop etc) is preferable
- The ability to work as part of a team, but a confident self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Research industry-related topics, and prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to construct articles
- Update the Komo website as needed, measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
- Flexibility, adaptability and receptivity to new ideas with excellent time management and organisational skills
