About Us

The Bright College is a Registered Training Organization (RTO) Located in Perth CBD. We provide quality education to both local and international students in various qualifications. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, full-time Content Creator (Marketing) with experience in the training/education industry that caters for both Domestic and International students.

About the Role

As a Content Creator (Marketing), you'll be the creative force behind our brand's digital presence.

You'll plan, create, publish and manage high-quality written, visual, and video content designed to promote our business and products to social media and digital platforms, to grow an audience, build brand awareness and increase sales.

This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to deliver professional, engaging marketing content across our social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a marketing content strategy for our social media, website, and digital campaigns.

· Monitor created content and determine how pricing strategies affect profitability using statistical modelling methods.

· Write engaging blogs, newsletters, and promotional copy that align with brand tone and messaging.

· Monitor engagement metrics and analyse performance to provide insights and improve future content creation.

· Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media and digital marketing to improve content creation.

About You

You're creative, detail-oriented, and love producing content that connects with people. You bring both ideas and execution — from storyboarding and shooting to editing and publishing.

We're looking for someone who:

· Has 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator (Marketing) or similar role.

· Has a Bachelors level qualification in the relevant field and additional qualifications are highly regarded.

· Demonstrates strong skills in content creation related to marketing.

· Is proficient in Canva

· Has great writing skills with a strong sense of brand and product storytelling.

· Has strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics and statistical methods.

· Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

· Has a passion for education, migration, and multicultural communication (highly regarded).
