We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Waiter/Waitress. If you are passionate about hospitality, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers with a welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system and ensure timely delivery to the customers.
- Liaise with kitchen staff to handle customer special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and grace.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of our menu and the ability to recommend, upsell and reinforce the customers' orders.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and be able to make quick decisions.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
