**The key responsibilities required**:
Manage, improve and mature the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes within the Service Delivery teams

Provide accurate and specialised advice including anticipating problems and contributing to issues management

Set priorities for the work area, maintain team cohesion, and ensure quality of outputs.

Detailed knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices, plus exposure to and knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, methodologies and procedures highly desirable.
