**The Role as Baker**:

- Experienced in mixing, baking (oven’s) and shaping and finishing sourdough.
- Working with Production Manager to improve day-to-day processes & efficiencies.
- Championing a culture of safety and quality through training, setting high standards, and leading by example.
- Collaborating to swiftly identify and rectify quality issues.
- Innovate - we are looking for a sourdough PASSIONESTA.
- Always maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.

**Shifts can include the below examples**
- Generally, 8am - 4pm if baking - Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday and or Sunday to Thursday
- If mixing a 5am start usually
- If on ovens - 4pm start usually

**What We're Looking for** to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Qualified Bakers
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with sourdough mixing, starters and baking.
- Flexibility - particularly in days of the week
- Hands-on with a high energy an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- But a self-motivated and autonomous work ethic, coupled with a strong team spirit.
- The ability to meet deadlines and achieve production targets consistently.
- Individuals looking to advance their careers - this role offers an excellent pathway to future opportunities and promotions.

You love bread and the world of bakery - you are across the Sydney and Australian Bakery scene. Meticulous about quality, and the science of bread - always looking at ways to improve the processes for better quality outcomes. You also have a passion for ideas and new products.
