**The Role** Baker (full-time and casual), your responsibilities will include:

- Experienced in mixing, baking (oven’s) and shaping and finishing
- Working with Head Baker to improve day-to-day processes & efficiencies
- Championing a culture of safety and quality through training, setting high standards, and leading by example.
- Collaborating to swiftly identify and rectify quality issues.
- Innovate - we are looking for a sourdough PASSIONESTA.
- Promptly reporting any major malfunctions of plant and equipment
- Always Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.

**What We're Looking for** to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience with sourdough mixing starters and baking.
- Flexibility - to early starts in the days, night, and weekend shifts.
- Hands-on with a high energy an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic, coupled with a strong team spirit.
- The ability to meet deadlines and achieve production targets consistently.
- Experience with HACCAP, AQ Systems and process and OH&S
- Individuals looking to advance their careers - this role offers an excellent pathway to future opportunities and promotions.

You have a passion for great bread - you are meticulous about quality, and the science of bread - always looking at ways to improve the processes for better quality outcomes. You also have a passion for ideas and new products.
