We're Hiring Communications Advisor
Our small but mighty Communications team at Reece is looking for a Communications Advisor to join our team. We are after someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
You'll help bring clarity and energy to the way we communicate with our people across Australia and New Zealand. From planning campaigns to running town halls, you'll be part of a team that values curiosity, care and getting things done.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand their communications needs
- Planning and executing engaging campaigns
- Supporting weekly newsletter distribution
- Assisting with operational communications
- Helping run town halls and online sessions
What you'll bring
- Clear, succinct writing
- Experience with Viva Engage, MS Teams, SharePoint and Staffbase
- A collaborative mindset and openness to learn
- Willingness to jump in and help with anything - no task too small
- Some experience with Photography and Videography
The position could suit a recent graduate or someone with industry experience, looking to grow their career in internal communications. You'll be supported by a team that's passionate about making a real impact.
Work setup : We know we work best when we're together, so we ask for three days a week in our Cremorne office.
About us: You might know Reece as a plumbing company, but we operate more like a modern retailer . You don't need to know anything about plumbing or bathrooms, just bring your comms skills and a great attitude.
