**About the role**

As part of reeetech, you’ll join a 250-strong team that handles everything from Product Management and Engineering to Data & AI. You’ll be crafting next generation data-enabled tools that solve real customers problems and support our people to work more effectively.

The Data &AI team is a specialist practice within reecetech. We believe realising value from data requires not just multidisciplinary teams of data practitioners, but also a culture that seeks to truly understand Reece’s business and customers. Established in 2020, the team is entering into its next phase of growth as it scales its portfolio of cloud platforms, data-driven products and services. We are seeking a Group Manager who will join the Data & AI leadership team to evolve its strategic blueprint and long-term roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

- Scale Data & AI’s leadership culture and set standards with team leads, enabling them to translate strategic objectives into operational outcomes
- Lead the evolution of Reece’s data, analytics and enablement solution offering
- Evolve and scale Data & AI’s capability and operating models towards operational excellence at scale
- Shape and evolve Data & AI’s capability and growth frameworks

**About you**

You are a skilled and thoughtful leader who:

- Has led leaders of teams and cares for your people
- Models and inspires integrity and empathy
- Has a track record building credibility with executive and senior stakeholders
- Has proven experience in communicating and influencing across multi-disciplinary programs of work
- Has a strong delivery track record, leading multi-disciplinary data teams (e.g. science, engineering, enablement) to commercially viable outcomes
- Has sound working knowledge of cloud data technologies (AWS preferred but not mandatory)
- Has practitioner experience in a data-related discipline, including but not limited to - data engineering, advanced analytics, data science
- Has P&L management experience
