You will be responsible for the overall quality of products released by the company and to ensure that the QA/QC processes are established, implemented and maintained into projects and site based processes.

PERSOLKELLY has partnered with a client who is looking to appoint a QA/QC Officer on a permanent basis.

**The role**:is to ensure that the Quality Management System is applied across all sites and ongoing projects. Reporting to the Senior Management, you will be responsible for the overall quality of products released by the company and to ensure that the QA/QC processes are established, implemented and maintained into projects and site based processes.
- Working with senior management in the heart of operations to ensure quality compliance.
- Monitoring and reporting on systems and quality compliance including (but not limited to) checks like prestart checks ITP inspections, calibration of equipment and monitoring of projects standards.
- Working effectively to get to the root of non-compliance in an environment that's constantly moving, and where response time is critical, including implementation and verification of corrective actions.
- Proactively creating an environment that drives continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing safety standards.
- Adhering to relevant legislation and Group policies, principles, and procedures.

**About you**:

- Degree level or equivalent qualification in a manufacturing, civil construction or building discipline or equivalent experience.
- Good working knowledge of ISO quality systems.
- Experience in working autonomously in an unsupervised environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for teamwork to achieve our commercial and ethical goals and deliver profitable outcomes.
- Must have current drivers license and white card.
