**The Role**
Genus is looking for a full-time Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to work a 2:1 roster for a new project.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Assist in conduction good practice trainings, in-process inspections, identifying defective works, conducting in-house testing, and in-house quality assessment.
- Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.
- Provide key strategic leadership and guidance for site commissioning personnel to make sure of a safe and prompt testing of products.
- Ensure that the Commissioning Team work within accordance of all regulatory bodies to ensure safety, environmental & health and commissioning procedures are followed correctly.
- Supervise personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule to required quality and client specifications
- Updating commissioning database, assigning ITRs to respective technicians in CCMS.
