**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Office Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations, fostering positive team culture, and implementing effective HR frameworks.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement HR frameworks to standardize processes and procedures across the organization.
- Organize office events to build and enhance team culture.
- Coordinate works among various departments, and ensure smooth collaboration in the office.
- Complete other tasks assigned in time and with quality.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in administrative management, business management or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of Admin or HR experience.
- Mandarin speaking preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
