We are seeking a
**Contact Centre Team Leader** with exceptional leadership skills and experience in the industry, to lead our Contact Centre team at
**Qscan Robina Clinic**. This is a Permanent full-time position.

**You will**:

- Be responsible for the leadership, training, and management of our regional contact centre team (including rostering).
- Oversee performance of Contact Centre Agents to ensure a timely and accurate booking process.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of booking systems and processes.

**About You**
Alongside your experience in radiology (or similar field), you have a strong understanding of contact centre practices and are a booking whizz.

**You will also have**:

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to drive team recognition, cohesion, and engagement to build, reward and retain a high performing team.
- High level understanding of RIS and MBS
- The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
