What you'll be doing
- Duties as listed for Passenger Services Agent
- Trace missing baggage using client carrier systems and manual system
- Arrange delivery of on-hand baggage
- Meet arriving flights and assist with WCHR & MAAS passengers through CIQ
- Duties as directed by MHL Co-ordinator within skills base
- Process interim relief payments according to client carrier requirements
- Processing of DPR, (damaged/pilfered reports), requirements according to client carrier procedures
- Maintain constant communication with customers re status of tracing, (client & passenger)
- Manual handling of passenger baggage up to 32kgs per bag

- Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Ability to lift 32 kgs
