**Front Service Supervisor**
Be the heartbeat of our front service team, ensuring every guest's arrival and departure is seamless, warm, and memorable. From managing the flow of luggage to leading our rockstar team of bell attendants, you'll make sure first and last impressions are nothing short of exceptional.
**The role**:
- Lead and inspire the Front Service team (think Bell Desk magic-makers).
- Keep our lobby vibe smooth and polished, while ensuring the team shines.
- Manage the efficient flow of luggage and guest services, coordinating with other hotel departments as needed.
- Oversee the transportation of guests and their luggage to and from the hotel, as well as other requested destinations.
- Maintain accurate records of luggage storage, retrieval, and deliveries.
- Opens and closes car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.
- Work closely with Front Office, Culturists & other departments to deliver flawless service.
- Hails taxis and answers guests' inquiries.
- Valet Parking.
**Talent Profile**
- Sharp eye for detail & a love for creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Previous experience in Front Services, Bell Desk, or similar supervisory roles
- Basic computer skills with hands on experience in room maintenance
- Strong communication skills & the ability to stay cool under pressure
- _Valid driver's license (bonus points for exceptional valet skills)_
- Valid working rights in Australia
