Commercial Business Partner

**Your new role**

We are looking for a new **Commercial Business Partner** to join our North Sydney based Finance Team.

A hands-on individual who is always curious to learn more, you’ll have a drive for business improvement, a can-do attitude, and a focus on supporting the transformation of the role of Finance as business partners through delivering insights rather than just creating analysis.

**About you**

This will be a varied and interesting role where you will be expected to quickly build rapport and trust with our business areas. An experienced advisor and influencer, you will have the ability to develop relationships across our national office network, making sure that you are involved with key decisions, and partnering with our leaders to drive our business forward.
- A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in a similar role
- A degree in a business-related discipline (ideally in Finance/Accounting)
- The ability to work under broad direction - you are a self-initiator, highly organized and focused on meeting service and quality objectives
- Strong experience with business partnering and influencing at all levels of the business
- A demonstrated track record of good business orientation and commercial acumen
- Strong time management and ability to work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail
- An engaging, enthusiastic, consultative, and collaborative style
- The ability to inspire and introduce change / business improvement
- Advanced Excel skills
- Microsoft D365 / BI system knowledge is advantageous
- CA/CPA qualifications are preferred
