**The opportunity**

Located along the spectacular shoreline of the South East coast, Bayside is Frankston’s thriving entertainment hub. With its enticing restaurants and boutiques, there's something for everyone in this vibrant location.

Due to ongoing expansion, our client is opening a new restaurant in the upcoming weeks and anticipating high volume from launch. This organisation is all about authentic Mexican flavours, with a menu featuring classics that are made fresh in a convenient and fast paced setting.

As a Business Manager, you will oversee daily operations and manage the team. Primary responsibilities include recruiting new team members, setting performance goals, conducting training sessions and providing feedback. Additionally, you will work closely with your Area Manager to incorporate innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability of the business.
