As an Australian headquartered group, the company operates 78 hotels across seven brands, including Adina, Vibe, and Travelodge, with over 12,000 keys in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
It's an exciting time for TFE Hotels as they look to enhance their employer brand. They are known for their end-to-end hotel design, development, and management capabilities alongside, blending property development expertise with hotel operations. They have plans for continued expansion – and a goal to lead the global casual living market. This role is a critical hire that will help them secure the best talent in market along that journey

The Leaders
You'll report directly to TFE Hotels Chief People Officer, who has extensive experience leading talent and culture strategies, driving major change initiatives, launching new hotels and creating environments where people can thrive.
You'll also work closely with the Marketing and Corporate Communication teams, collaborating with senior executives, hotel general managers and leaders across the business to design and deliver initiatives that engage, connect and inspire TFE Hotels global workforce.
This role will see you participate in a lot of cross functional projects where you will work toward a shared vision – helping leaders in head office and across hotel sites, attract and engage, celebrate and retain, the highest quality of hospitality people.
The Opportunity
This is a creative and dynamic role designed to bring TFE Hotels culture and purpose to life through thoughtful communication and authentic storytelling. You'll shape how people experience TFE Hotels from the inside out - connecting team members through meaningful internal communications and amplifying the brand's reputation as an employer of choice externally.
From designing campaigns that celebrate people and culture, to crafting content that inspires and informs on the opportunity that exists within a hospitality career, your role will drive talent to TFE Hotels because of the visibility you create.
Specifically, you will take ownership of:
- Developing and delivering internal employer branding and comms strategies that engage, inform and connect TFE Hotels team members globally.
- Designing and executing employer brand campaigns that attract diverse talent and showcase hospitality as a career for growth and opportunity.
- Creating compelling written, visual and video content for internal platforms and external channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Supporting major business initiatives such as Strategy Roadshows, awards programs, Diversity & Inclusion, and digital transformation through clear, engaging communication.
- Managing and contributing to change communication projects, ensuring alignment with brand voice, company values and business priorities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design and implement communication activities that strengthen connection and culture.
- Measuring, analysing and reporting on engagement to continuously improve communication impact and reach.
- Contributing creative ideas and storytelling approaches to enhance team member experience and brand visibility.
About you
If you're a creative communicator with experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or Internal Communications, this role will play to your strengths To be successful in this job, you will understand what it takes to sell a role, a career, and a company to candidates and the broader marketplace.
You will work closely with the entire People team to understand the priority needs when it comes to talent and proactively ensure the work you create and deliver aligns with those goals, partnering with marketing along the way.

Bringing ideas to life through words, visuals, reels, videos and so forth - you know how to translate culture and opportunity into meaningful communication
