**Our opportunity**
At The Next Step, recruitment consultants undertake full-cycle recruitment, with extensive support from recruitment and operations colleagues, and guidance from our passionate leaders.
Your key accountabilities will include
- **End to end recruitment** You will plan, implement and manage full cycle recruitment.
**High-level client**
**engagement** Your client relationships will be enriched by your strategic and commercial acumen, outcome focus, and domain expertise.
**Team collaboration** You will work collaboratively with your colleagues in recruitment and operations, participate in projects, think creatively and contribute to our growth.
**Stakeholder and industry engagement** Your authentic approach will complement our brand and profile. You will create and maintain relationships across clients, talent communities and our industry.
