**THE ROLE**

The CRM Manager is an exciting new role for Camp Australia and will be a key position in the broader Marketing team. The CRM Manager is responsible for the planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting of CA’s eDM and SMS strategy. They are the champion of 1:1 communications.

Major Activities:

- Building and growing the lead generation pipeline
- Managing all Lead Nurture communications to increase engagement and drive conversions
- Optimising the registration process (reduce abandonment)
- Managing and implementing campaign and ad hoc communications
- Manage audience targeting, content and performance optimisations and personalisation?

**ABOUT YOU**

As a direct report to the Marketing Director, you will have significant experience in CRM (5 years +) and working knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce. A customer first approach, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential for success in this role. Your experience managing multiple projects from conception to implementation and the ability to build long tern, sustainable relationships is paramount. Camp Australia is a fast-paced service business that requires someone to start making an impact from day one. Intellectually curious, you will use data driven insights to inform business decision making. Challenging the “status quo” will be second nature to you.
