**About the role and team**
The value management team's purpose is to enable and govern the implementation of cross-functional business change across the Super Retail Group organisation to unlock sustainable business value.
This role will focus on providing consistent and high-quality support to the value management function, to meet the needs of digital and technology delivery objectives.
Moreover, this role will require you to maintain a strong customer service focus, since you will be the point of contact for a broad range of support requests.
**About You**:
- A customer service mindset with excellent communications skills
- The ability to pick up new concepts quickly and have a learning mindset
- A working knowledge of support service tools (procurement, resource management, project finance)
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business would be highly desirable
