As a Claims Advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering advice to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your commitment will assist in processing claims and contribute to the overall professionalism and service standards upheld by RSL LifeCare Veteran Services.

Who are you:
- Compensation Advocate (or working towards)- Completion of /or willingness to complete courses relevant to the role.- Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions.- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve.
