Injury Management Advisor

As our new Injury Management Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing recovery at work functions for early intervention injuries or workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and organizational processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating safe and early recoveries at work, developing robust recovery at work strategies, and providing education and training on injury management to managers and employees.
You will provide valuable support and guidance to staff and managers who have experienced injuries or illnesses. Serving as the central point of contact, you will coordinate, monitor, and implement recovery at work plans and rehabilitation services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Completion of RTW Coordinator training certificate.- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Workers Compensation or injury management role at an employer, broker, or insurer.- Ability to effectively manage all types of injuries, including both physical and psychological.About Us:
