We are now looking for a passionate hospitality professional to dive into this amazing opportunity as our Bar Manager and join the award-winning Sol team.

**_ So, what does the role look like?_**

Sol Rooftop Bar is set to become the beverage destination of choice in Adelaide, and this role plays an integral part in that vision. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will impart your knowledge and expertise to our beverage offering, ensuring we constantly have the right product for our customers and that our staff have the right knowledge to complement and enhance the Sol experience.

You will develop and nurture your team by leading from the front and promoting exceptional service delivery, ensuring that your outlet has the reputation for the best service in town. You will also assist in maximising value and financial returns for the business through your business acumen and guest satisfaction centric.

- Staff rostering
- Performance management
- Cost Control
- Health & Safety
- Menu designs

**_ What you will look like?_**

You will be passionate about your craft and a creator of all things beverage. You will be a natural leader with a real flair and passion, letting your own unique style shine. You will have strong business acumen allowing you to support the Venue Manager in the administrative portion of this role and have a basic understanding of employment and health & safety practices. You will possess extensive product knowledge and have prior leadership experience in a busy, high end bar either locally, interstate or overseas.
