**Duty Manager-Coastal South Australia**

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced
**Duty Manager **for this busy venue located in Coastal South Australia.

The role would suit a very hands on manager with excellent public bar & bottleshop experience looking to work in a beautiful nature-based location with a friendly, welcoming team.

Spend days off exploring, taking nature walks, relaxing on the coast, visit an art gallery, cellar door or take in a game of golf.

This is a great place to save money and enjoy a laid back lifestyle.

**Details**:
$65,000 Salary

Five day week

Free Accommodation and Duty Meals

Hotel room upstairs with ensuite

Seeking a 12 month commitment

**Duties**:

- Supervision of the main public bar, bottleshop and gaming area
- 100% hands on in all areas of the venue
- Open & Close of venue
- Staff supervision and training (around 12 staff)
- Counting and balancing of tills
- Monitoring stock control
- Assist with rosters etc where required
- General Customer Service
- Adhere to RSA and RSG guidelines
- Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must have SA RSA and RSG
- Must have a current Gaming Badge and Responsible Person Badge or willing to obtain
- Strong public bar & bottleshop experience advantageous - in a 'pub' environment
- Previous experience with Swiftpos advantageous

**Other Information**:

- Access is via ferry or regular flights
- Telstra Mobile Coverage (very patchy Optus)
