The ERP Functional Consultant will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and senior leaders to drive ERP design and implementation activities.

**Skills and Attributes**
- End-to-end ERP delivery skills derived from multiple large-scale ERP transformations, including hands on design, configuration and testing capabilities in ERP software driven by software “best practices”.
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Finance and/or HR business processes and functions, including relevant practices, regulatory requirements, and standards.
- Superior analytical skills, including advanced capability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs, as well as proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritising business, process, system and data requirements.
- Strong ability to produce clear, succinct and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, training materials, user guides and knowledge articles.

**Experience**
- Proven track record as both an ERP Functional Consultant and a Senior Business Analyst (or equivalent) within prior ERP implementations (ideally featuring both Finance and HR modules).
- Exposure to business architecture, business services definition and integration architecture design.
- Experience with data migration, data governance, data quality and data architecture design.
- End to end testing experience, including User Acceptance Testing with large cohorts of stakeholders.
- Experience with the preparation and evaluation of procurement documentation (specifically Requests for Tender / Quotation) and business cases (including cost / benefit analysis).
- Experience in large-scale Technology Change Programs through delivery and transition to business-as-usual arrangements
- Experience within the higher education sector is preferred.
- Previous experience with implementing multiple ERP software suites is preferred (e.g., Oracle, Workday).

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting (ideally with a CA / CPA qualification), HR or a relevant discipline (and/or extensive relevant experience).
- Formal business analysis training and certification in recognised methodology, e.g., Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
