Are you an experienced ERP consultant looking to work on meaningful projects and mentor the next generation of functional talent? Join Solutions+, a leading Australian ERP solutions provider, and help deliver smart, scalable solutions to a wide range of clients.

As a Functional Consultant, you'll manage multiple ERP implementation projects, contribute to solution design, and oversee junior consultants within project teams. This is a dynamic role with scope to grow into a senior leadership position.

Key Outcomes of the Role

  1. Deliver ERP projects aligned to project schedules and quality standards
  2. Lead and participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design
  3. Support multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
  4. Peer-review small projects and support junior consultants with complex tickets
  5. Manage support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
  6. End-to-end Business Central / Nav / Wiise set-up, configuration, and implementation

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring :

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Business Central / Wiise, with multiple end-to-end projects successfully delivered
  2. Strong accounting / finance knowledge
  3. Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and business processes
  4. Experience in customer-facing consulting roles
  5. Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and contribute to solution design
  6. A passion for mentoring junior staff and sharing your expertise
  7. Strong organisational and communication skills
