Renowned for our high-quality service and attention to detail, HT Services manage a range of diverse contracts including schools, office spaces, shopping centres and airports across the country. **The Opportunity** This is a brand-new support role which has been created on the back of sustained growth due to our ongoing success. The Project’s Supervisor will oversee the project division of the business, such as High-Pressure Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Strip and Seals, and Car Park Sweeping. **The Role & Responsibilities** Reporting to the National Operations Manager, we are looking for a Leader/Supervisor who will be fully responsible for HT Services periodical cleaning services delivery performance for site portfolios each in turn managed by Area Managers. You will spend up to 90% of your time “on the road" in a hands-on role supporting and training your team. The other remainder of your time will be supporting and assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, quoting and staff timesheets. - Take Charge of Equipment/Product Sourcing and Usage_ - Equipment usage, training, maintenance management and field support - Chemical and cleaning products strategy, policy, and usage management - Taking charge to be the company expert on all machinery and floor care - New Business Support_ - Quoting and tender assistance - Support new site mobilisation into operation **Other benefits**: - Competitive salary package - Fully maintained work vehicle - Laptop - Work Phone - Full 6-week training program - Supportive and enthusiastic Directors who know the industry - Support from a friendly, fun, and dynamic team - Team events throughout the year - Main office conveniently located in Fremantle **Your Skills and Experience**: - Proven experience of leading/supervising people and teams - Experience within the cleaning or facilities management industries is advantageous but not essential - Understanding of OHS and other operational compliance regimes - Mechanically minded, having the ability to service and maintain our equipment in house - Excellent eye for detail and dedication to accuracy - Ability to work outside regular business hours is a must - Current manual Australian drivers’ license and police clearance checks will be required If you love variety, leading people, great attention to detail, and a ‘hands-on attitude’ then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to be a part of a fresh culture and dynamic team.
