We are looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to support our Business Services and Tax team in the Brisbane Office.
This is a great entry level role for someone wanting to launch a career in a professional services organisation. You will have a professional approach to assisting others and ensure that a seamless service is delivered to your internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administrative support.
Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities will enable you to effectively support and meet the needs of our clients and the broader team.
**Key responsibilities in this role include -**:
- Assist with daily distribution of mail
- Assisting with client enquiries on behalf of the directors
- Liaise with ATO on lodgements, administration and reporting
- Reception back up and assistance
- Review and co-ordinate compliance documents for client matters
- Collating documents, reports and third party searches as necessary
- Building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Administration support to the team where required
- 1+ years experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Professional/ethical behaviour
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- A true focus on teamwork
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
