Crushing & Screening Technical Product Representative

Requirements & Duties:
- Current C Class License (HR Desired).
- Experience and in-depth product knowledge on Metso Lokotrack, McCloskey, Terex Powerscreen and Terex Finlay Products essential.
- Supporting internal and external clients with onsite operational expertise, including assessing client’s needs, and providing recommendations on services/ products beneficial to them.
- Co-ordinating site mobilisation of machinery and equipment
- Developing and Monitoring parts and consumables inventory levels in accordance with business operational requirements (Warehouse & Site Logistics).
- Monitoring client’s changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting this information to management
- Managing OEM and Aftermarket Suppliers, procurement, logistics and account management.
- Oversee, coordinate and review freight and logistics inbound and outbound.
- Support scheduled servicing planning, preventative maintenance planning and procurement.
- In field oversight of maintenance execution and quality control of maintenance works.
- Client follow-up to ensure satisfaction with equipment and services provided
- Warranty management
- Internal and external business reporting as required, including but limited to:
- Reports on sales made and the marketability of products and services
- Reports showing records of business expenses incurred
- Compile and maintain a prospective client database
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Rotating roster
