**About the role**
Grampians Health - Mental Health Services provides a comprehensive range of mental health services to people who reside throughout Ballarat and the surrounding area.This position supports the operation of Grampians Health - Mental Health Services being responsible for various administrative functions as required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- The role will include (but is not limited to) screening and attending to a broad range of internal and external confidential and sensitive enquiries to ensure that appropriate and timely follow up action is taken; data entry; maintaining and updating office and information management systems and procedures and typing of doctors letters.
**Skills and experience**
You will be flexible in adapting to change as per service needs. In addition, you will be comfortable learning new systems and be well organised with the ability to determine competing priorities to meet timelines.
You will need proven experience in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
