**The Role**
We’re hiring a technically strong Data Scientist/Analyst to lead the way in surfacing insights, building Agentic data workflows, and enabling data-driven decision making across Relevance AI.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends analytics, data science, and data engineering. You’ll partner closely with the product team, and support other functions like sales and customer success, while proactively building tools and agents to scale our internal analytics capabilities.
**Your impact**
- Proactively produce actionable product insights for key stakeholders
- Build and manage advanced data pipelines that incorporate machine learning
- Create internal AI agents that automate routine analytics tasks
- Own and maintain our PostgreSQL product analytics database (bonus)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape roadmap decisions
- Be an analytics partner across product, sales, and customer success
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and building ML models (e.g. NLP, clustering, anomaly detection)
- Experience working across the analytics-engineering-science spectrum
- Strong communicator who can turn complex findings into business impact
- Comfortable building scalable analytics workflows and working with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Passion for AI, particularly large language models and building internal agents
- Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g Posthog, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Prior startup experience or comfort in fast-paced, high-context environments
- Bonus: experience managing PostgreSQL databases and cloud infra
