About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative
Data Scientist
to join our growing data team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to design predictive models, automate processes, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Build predictive and statistical models to address key business challenges.
  • Develop machine learning algorithms and automate analytical workflows.
  • Visualize data through dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Validate model performance and ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data science.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with data libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical inference.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
