As a **Technology Portfolio Analyst**, you will play a collaborative role both within the Jetstar Technology team, as well as across Jetstar business units to support an efficient and value-driven Technology portfolio.

You will provide high-quality analysis, insights and executive-level documentation to inform key technology and business decisions and investment activities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide open and transparent communication and prioritisation outcomes.

Your reporting includes demand and capacity analysis, benefits and performance, resource and recruitment planning and status updates.

You will be a go-to person for key information on technology processes and will guide teams to continuously improve their delivery and resource planning and documentation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders and manage relationships with portfolio counterparts to collate accurate portfolio, project and continuous delivery data
- Work collaboratively with Finance and HR business partners to support manpower and cost tracking and insights.
- Communicate portfolio and resource insights and information to stakeholders to support prioritisation, planning and performance tracking
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to support the Jetstar Executive team, Technology management and business stakeholders (costs, benefits, strategic alignment, delivery, complexity)
- Maintain and improve the Jetstar Technology Scorecard
- Assist with the collation of key documents and presentations for executive and business forums
- Propose and implement optimised processes and tools to support a maintained and accurate portfolio and roadmaps, including administering Jira, PowerApps (incl. PowerBI), Sharepoint, ppt, excel etc
- Drive and maintain the prioritisation framework, ensuring alignment to Jetstar and Technology strategies
- Maintain the Technology Portfolio process documentation and templates to ensure they are accurate and relevant to the needs of stakeholders across the Jetstar group
- Work with portfolio counterparts across Jetstar to align and improve portfolio management and business outcomes

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- 3+ years related experience, ideally within a similar professional services environment
- Exposure to various project management delivery models such as agile and waterfall
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Solid financial management skills including familiarity with ROI & NPV analysis
- Advanced Microsoft software skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence or collaborative tools (preferable)
- Experience administering Jira Microsoft SharePoint administration (preferable)
