HUB24 is growing, and we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio Administration Services (PAS) Team within Non-custody. As a Portfolio Analyst, your responsibilities will include executing daily portfolio administration tasks, managing reconciliations, and ensuring tax reporting compliance. You'll be a key player in optimizing our portfolio operations and helping our clients achieve their goals.

With continued growth in the Non-Custody area of the business, there is a real opportunity to have impact on the growth and overall success of HUB24.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Client Services**:

- Ensure service excellence by acting as the key contact for Product Administration queries and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Generate accurate written correspondence within service standards and resolve client issues promptly.
- Escalate critical issues to management and ensure timely communication of key initiatives.
- ** Administration Services**:

- Take ownership of assigned tasks, including account onboarding, transaction processing, CGT reconstructions, and reconciliations.
- Support annual tax reporting by liaising with external providers and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
- Analyze data, resolve queries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute client trade instructions.
- ** Overall Responsibilities**:

- Maintain compliance with HUB24 policies and regulatory requirements while fostering teamwork across departments.
- Drive process improvements by proactively identifying efficiencies and ensuring business goals are met.
- Assist in risk management, regulatory inquiries, and procedural enhancements while remaining adaptable within the team.

**Key skills required**:

- 2-5 years experience in a similar Portfolio Administrator position
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic understanding of Corporate Actions/Income and their effect on cost bases.
- Experience using IRESS/IPS
