**About the role**

We are currently looking for highly motivated Diploma of Human Resources Management trainers to join our team of leadership trainers. Duties will include all aspects of training delivery & assessment supporting our resource development team, industry consultation process and designing blended tools.

**About you**:
As someone who is passionate about their own learning and development, you love helping others learn and giving back to the community.

Drawing from your experience, you will be able to engage with learners expressing ideas and perspectives to respond to complex problems. Using cognitive and communications skills, you will aid others to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources building initiative to plan and implement a variety of functions.

You also don’t mind driving around Sydney metro to ensure our courses are delivered when and where they’re required.

**Selection Criteria**

Essential
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher or equivalent Vocational Competency
- Must have a BSB50618 Diploma of HRM or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering qualifications at Diploma level or higher
- Must be able to provide demonstrable evidence of industry currency
- Must have demonstrable VET professional development records

Desirable
- Must have relevant working experience in a supervisory or managerial level
- Strong training and practical skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $1,000.00 per day
