We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team. You will be responsible for coordinating the training and development of TRN Group employees and providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.

This is an 8 month fixed term, full time contract with the view to commence at the end of August. The position is based at our Oran Park Head Office, however will also need to work from the Spring Farm depot when required.

This is an ideal role for a recent HR Graduate who seeks to launch their career, a return to work parent or someone who seeks to maintain their skillset while achieving work/life balance.

**Your responsibilities will **include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate training for Drug & Alcohol, First Aid, Statement of Attainment (SOA), Confined Spaces, TAFE courses, Fire Warden etc. as required
- Maintain the Drug & Alcohol training register
- Ensure the quality of training delivery and assessment is to TRN Group organisational standards
- Update and maintain training records and competency standards in employee files and the HRIS (iChris)
- Organise and support “training days” where required
- Coordinate the external Vertification of Competency and Statement of Attainments when required
- Ensure employee assessment records (including RPL records) are held on file and that supporting documentation, sign off and methods of assessment are consistent with standard TRN Group operating procedures
- Maintain trainer/assessor files and the approved trainer register to ensure that all contracted/ Third Party trainers/assessors hold the required qualifications and professional industry competency prior to any appointment to deliver training
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Conduct the onboarding process for new employees when required
- Employee data entry and electronic filing into the HRIS (iChris)
- Provide general HR administrative support across the business

If you have previous experience in a similar role and meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you.

**To be successful you must have**:

- Current NSW driver’s licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years)
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time frames
- Demonstrated organisational abilities and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
