**Sales Development Representative**
Our Client:
Our client is a hyper-growth Australian SaaS startup; disrupting and transforming the Health, Work Safety, Environment and Quality technology space in ANZ. Off the back of incredible growth in the last 24 months, this ambitious Australian company is looking to build their Sales Development Team to broaden their dominance of their market and capture new untapped territories.

- A great opportunity for genuine career progression, with a 12-18 month SDR to AE progression plan.
- Hybrid WFH model - (Sydney CBD Head Office)

- A strong go-to-market network including pre-sales, marketing and lead generation
- Exposure to deal cycles at Enterprise level (deal size $250k+)
**- $75,000 + super + commissions + accelerators (100K OTE)**
- Training and development + career progression planning
What you can do for them:
- Bring a passion for new technology
- Previous Sales / Customer Service experience (Telesales and SDR experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Able to work autonomously
- Enjoy the thrill of the chase
Key Competencies and Requirements:
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong ethical standards in all conduct
- Work effectively and successfully with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- A curiosity and willingness to learn
A Day in the Life:
- Manage inbound inquiry and qualify to generate leads
- Set appointments for Account Executives
- Outbound prospecting activity (KPIs; calls and appointments / meetings)
- Build lead lists on Zoominfo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator (training provided)
- Work with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
