
Marketing Specialist

**Your duties and responsibilities**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor B2B and B2C campaigns, measuring key performance metrics and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Oversee the marketing budget, track expenses, and prepare reports for management.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives (print, trade shows, sponsorships, etc.), and manage PR efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Support internal communication efforts to enhance employee engagement with the brand.
**Required experience and qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-faceted marketing role, with expertise spanning digital marketing, branding, and content strategy preferably in financial services.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Proven experience in social media organic growth, content strategy and planning, knowledge of user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, and influencer marketing.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills for compelling brand messaging.
- Analytical skills to measure performance, optimise strategies, and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Experience in competitor benchmarking, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in public relations, sponsorships, event marketing, and media relations.
- Background in traditional marketing (print, direct mail, trade shows) to complement digital strategies.
- Strong budget management, resource allocation, and ROI tracking abilities.
- Must be willing to travel Interstate to provide support to our other branches
- Work well as part of a team
- Be reliable and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have a great work ethic
