Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist – Creative & Digital on a 6 month fixed term contract, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver engaging, consistent, and professional content across multiple digital and traditional marketing platforms. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to produce digital content, promotional materials, and communications that align with our brand style and customer value proposition while delivering a first-rate customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Design and produce marketing materials including website pages, social media, webinars, email campaigns, print collateral, and event promotions. - Manage and schedule social media and EDM content to increase engagement and maintain brand consistency across APAC regions. - Support regional marketing activities such as field days, conferences, sponsorship events, and webinars in partnership with Sales and Business Groups. - Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget. - Monitor and report on marketing metrics, using data to recommend improvements and measure performance. Qualifications & Skills - A degree or certificate in business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field is highly regarded but not essential. - Demonstrated creative design skills and ability to conceptualise and implement marketing ideas. - Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency with marketing tools such as EDM platforms (DotDigital), social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Zoho), and Microsoft Office suite. - Willingness and ability to travel intra- and inter-state for events, visits, and meetings. - Experienced in generating insightful reports and performance analyses using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Power BI and Looker Studio. - Quick to adapt and intuitive in learning new software tools and technologies to support evolving marketing needs.
