Tired of agency briefs? Step inside and own a brand's full lifecycle We've just launched a dynamic Internal Creative Studio, and we need a Marketing Brand Specialist to be the powerhouse for our broad portfolio of brands here at Compass Group Australia.

You will

- Support the Strategy: Drive brand equity, growth, and development based on real-world market insights.

- Be the Chief Governor: Establish, audit, and enforce brand standards across all materials and teams.

- Co-Create the Assets: Develop essential brand tools, guidelines, and templates for cross-functional partners (Sales, Recruitment, Operations).

- Activate and Advocate: Be the primary brand authority, collaborating with senior leaders and users to ensure adoption and consistency across the entire enterprise.
