**Onsite Live in Manager**

Our hotel is a 3.5 to 4 star, 60 room hotel on the edge of the CBD and is centrally located near the famous Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf, local cafes and restaurants. The hotel is positioned only a short walk from the Art Gallery of NSW, Botanical Gardens, and Circular Quay. We are a happy, hardworking and committed team who always aim to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to be the live on-site Manager with experience in the Hospitality industry, Reception and Customer Service, to join our highly rated Hotel, who can offer the following attributes and support:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in hotel operations including administration, front office and accounts or similar related position.
- Previous experience in GuestPoint software or similar programs is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge on the usage of Microsoft Office computer software.
- A strong professional work ethic, excellent presentation and grooming.
- Able to live on-site and work shifts between the hours of 7am to 9pm.
- Roster 1 week on/1 week off. This will be a job share with another Manager.

The successful applicant will be capable of excelling with the following responsibilities:

- Providing high levels of customer service including weekend and night duty.
- Receiving and managing reservations both online and directly.
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Liaise with Restaurant, Housekeeping and Maintenance staff.
- Ensure accurate processing of daily transactions.
- Maintain a high standard of venue presentation and customer service.
- Be conscious of revenue building and cost management opportunities.

**About You**:
You will be customer focused and have previous experience in a similar role. This role requires you to create a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and the following skills, attributes and qualifications are essential:

- Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and time management.
- Be able to work autonomously
- Previous experience with GuestPoint software will be highly regarded.
- Experience in restaurant operations and RSA certification an advantage.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
